The Warren County 2021 pay 2022 Real Estate Tax Bills will be mailed soon!
The tax bills will be postmarked no later than May 27, 2022. The first installment will be due June 27th,
and the second installment is September 6th, 2022.
Treasurer Kathy Tate wants to remind residents to contact her office if they do not receive their tax bill
by June 10th, due to Illinois State Statutes liability for late payment cannot be waived.
Tax payments can be made in the Treasurer’s office in the courthouse. We have a drop box out front of
the courthouse for your convenience. Most local banks in Monmouth, Alexis, and Roseville will also be
collecting. Payments may be mailed to the Warren County Collector, 100 West Broadway, Monmouth,
IL , 61462. There is a program online has a program available on line and is the only option to use most
credit cards. The web site is www.govtechtaxpro.com . There will be an additional fee charged to you
for using their service.
The Warren County Treasurer’s Office hours are 8:00 to 4:30, Monday thru Friday. The drop box is
checked Monday thru Friday at 8:00 A.M. If you need more information please call the Treasurer’s
Office at (309) 734-8536.
Reminder
The 2022 Mobile Home Taxes were due May 4, 2022. After the due date, a late fee of $25.00 per month
will be assessed when making payment.
