The Illinois High School Shrine “All Star” Football Game is next Saturday, June 18th on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois.
The kickoff starts at 11:00 a.m. with the pregame at 10:00 a.m.
Tickets are $8.00 and can be bought at the door or online at www.ilshrinegame.com.
There are four local players that were nominated by their HS Coach and selected by the Illinois Football Coaches Association.
Derek Chandler is one of the selected players along with Dexter Ricketts from West Central, Easton Schisler from A-Town and Cormaic Flynn from United. The proceeds from this game will go to the Shriners Hospitals for Children in Chicago and St. Louis, so this is also a fundraiser for a very worthy cause.
