Innovative Production USA, a company that came into the Knox County area in 2020, has announced they will be expanding, says Knox County Area Partnership President Ken Springer:
“This is a company that we originally recruited into the region in 2020 from South Dakota. They are a food processing company. They make plant-based proteins. Their primary product is oat milk. They purchased an old building that had previously been used for food processing and they have been doing upgrades over the years and that is what the expansion is. It is a modernization push to make their facility a little bit more efficient.”
