Medical Equipment Available Locally Through Strom Center

Share

Through funds provided by the United Way of Greater Warren County, Strom Center has expanded their inventory in loaning out medical equipment in Warren and Henderson Counties and Strom Center Director Carol McCrery says the program is booming:

“The equipment does not have to go to a senior. It can go to somebody that maybe has had a football injury, have to have crutches or whatever. We are just happy to have that program for everybody in the community and in Henderson County. The program permits persons to borrow an item or items and that is a three-month loan program. If they still need that equipment at the end of three months and if there is no one waiting for that equipment, then we will loan it out for another three months.”

Director McCrery shares Strom is no longer loaning out hospital beds or ramps at this time.
