Monmouth City Council Enters Term Sheet for Renovations of New Mexican Restaurant

Monmouth City Council has entered a Term Sheet Agreement with Gilberto Vasquez, the new owner of the former Hardee’s building. Vasquez applied for financial incentives under the City’s Main Street TIF District, which offers rebates to the owner or developer for certain improvements, says City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher:

Vasquez plans to open a Mexican restaurant at the location, 411 North Main Street.
