Tyler D’Andre Henderson, 32, of Galesburg, died unexpectedly Sunday July 17, 2022 at Carle Hospital, Urbana, Illinois.

Tyler was born June 5, 1990 in Galesburg, Illinois.  Tyler is survived by his mother, Tanya E. (Terrance Jones) Henderson of Galesburg; six siblings, Isaiah Dearing, Tierra Jones of Galesburg, Salisha Dearing, Teres Dearing, Lea Lozano-Blankes, and Lexis Lozano-Blankes both of Kewanee, Illinois; an aunt, Melissa (David) Keel of Kewanee, Illinois; and a special nephew, Dwayne Scott, Jr. of Chicago, Illinois.

Tyler attended and graduated from Galesburg High School in 2008.  A standout athlete, Tyler played basketball, baseball, and football.  He was also a talented musician, playing in the GHS Marching Band.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.  Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Kimberly Bonds officiating.  Cremation will be accorded following services.  Memorials may be made to the family.  Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
