After Semi-Final Run in 2021, West Central Football Gets 2022 Off to a Great Start with Week One Victory

The West Central Heat football team opened up their season with a commanding 60-32 win over Bushnell Prairie City on Friday Night. West Central led 60-18 at the halftime break. This week the Heat stay at home to welcome the West Prairie/Southeastern Cyclones of Sciota. Last year the Heat beat West Prairie 66-8, but Head Coach Jason Kirby says they expect a much different energy from this year’s Cyclones team that sweated out a 39-38 overtime win in their season opener.
