SSB Vice President Dorothy Ricketts Says Not to Respond to Robotic Voice Calls

If you receive a call from a robotic voice asking you to be put on the do not call list, do not respond, explains Security Savings Bank Vice President Dorothy Ricketts:

As for text messages or emails, Ricketts says not to click on those questionable links received. Major companies are spoofed all the time. If you have done business with a company that has sent a text or email, Ricketts advises calling the company directly and asking before just clicking, as businesses will not sent a link to fill out personal information.
