3rd Annual Outdoorsmen Heritage Festival Set for Oct. 1

Friends of Henderson County Wildlife is excited to put on the 3rd Annual Outdoorsmen Heritage Festival. This event celebrates our local Natural Resources and helps pass on Outdoorsmen Heritage to our future generation. Youth of all ages and adults can participate in Experience Stations where they will partake in many of the activities our local Natural Resources provide including:

* Clay Bird Trapshooting
* BB Gun Shooting Rage
* Basic Bow & Arrow Shooting
* IL DNR Boat Safety With Boat
* Duck Call Training (FREE Duck Call)
* Fish Casting Instruction & Contest
* Waterfowl Duck Retrieving Station

A Fish Fry luncheon will start at Noon following the completion of Outdoorsmen Experience Stations. Free door prizes as well as raffles will be ongoing during the luncheon. Members will be able to pick up their 2022/23 apparel and promo items. New membership sign up will also be available. This should be a fun day to celebrate our natural resources while achieving our E.C.O. goals.
