Monmouth-Roseville Football Will Attempt to End Skid with Trip to Sherrard

The Monmouth-Roseville football team will try to get their season back on track. The Titans earned a win over Kewanee to start the season but have dropped back-to-back games to Spring Valley Hall and Morrison since that opening night win. Monmouth-Roseville will hit the road to take on their old rivals, the Sherrard Tigers, tonight for week 4 of the regular season. The Tigers are (0-3) but have been within a touchdown of winning in two of their three losses. Monmouth-Roseville has been on the winning end of 4 of the last 5 meetings since 2017. Sherrard had taken the previous 5 of 7 games before the long-time rivals took a break in the series from 2011 to 2016. Even with the recent success between the two teams, Monmouth-Roseville Head coach Jeremy Adolphson says he isn’t taking the (0-3) Tigers for granted.
