The Warren County Zoning Board of Appeals will have a public hearing this Wednesday, September 21st regarding the proposed zoning changes, shares Buildings and Grounds Chairman Sean Cavanaugh:
“Our old zoning, there was some contradiction, and it didn’t cover things that people didn’t know needed to be covered 20 years ago. So, we went through the draft line by line by line again, again, and again. Spent countless hours on it and it is to the point where a lot of compromises had to be made. It is 180 pages. At the public hearing Wednesday, September 21st, citizens from the county can come in and say their peace about any part of the draft.”
The public hearing will begin at 6:30 pm inside the large courtroom at the Warren County courthouse.
