On October 5, 2022, the McDonough County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) of an allegation of sexually abuse reported to the agency. Investigators with DCFS and Detectives with McDonough County Sheriff’s Office followed up on the allegations throughout the day involving multiple victims.
Detectives interviewed and subsequently arrested Tyrese E. Howard, 23, of Macomb for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse on October 5th. The investigation is currently ongoing.
Howard is lodged in the McDonough Jail in lieu of $100,000.00 bond with 10% to apply.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
