Carl Sandburg College Scholarship Applications Now Open

Carl Sandburg College Foundation Scholarship applications for the 2023-2024 academic year as well as the Sampson Promise and now open. Chief Advancement Officer Eric Johnson explains changes to the Sampson Promise scholarship will begin next school year for those eligible students:

“A couple of things to note for this year that are pertinent from a time frame stand point, we do have some changes to the Promise scholarship and that is beginning for the 2023-2024 year. That is students who previously filed a Promise application do not have to reapply for the scholarship in the future years. Basically, that will be honored and it will be in our system. Then returning students must still fulfill the two additional scholarship applications and our general Sandburg scholarship application does fulfill one of those requirements, but they also must still fill out their FAFSA.”
