Monmouth City Council in Early Stages of Restricting Thru Truck Traffic on 11th Street

Monmouth City Council has begun a brief discussion on restricting thru truck traffic on 11th Street, which is not built to support the heavy loads of over the road trucks. Communications Director Ken Helms explains the reasoning behind the proposed ordinance:

Monmouth City Council will further discuss implementing restriction of thru truck traffic on 11th Street at the next Council meeting in December.
