The 2023 Illinois Farm Bureau Young Leader Conference will be held January 21st and 22nd at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria for those between the ages of 18 and 35, which serves as a networking event for young farmers, ag professionals, and their families, shares Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau Manager Gina Sandberg:

“Farm Bureau puts on a great conference for young leaders, whether you are looking to expand your knowledge on areas such as networking, farm financials, or how to deal with employees you may need to hire for your farm. There are 15 total sessions that Farm Bureau will put on and you can choose three or four of those breakout sessions throughout the day to attend. I really just encourage, of course people who have gone in the past can speak on it, but it is really a good way for people to engage with Farm Bureau, engage with other like-minded young professionals, and it really is neat to get you out of your comfort zone and talk to people.”

Deadline to register is December 14th. Register by contacting the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau at 309-734-9401.
