Supporting Chargers Athletics is More than Just Giving

Share

Carl Sandburg College is currently in the midst of their 70 for Sandburg fall campaign to raise $70,000 for Chargers athletics programs, which Chief Advancement Officer Eric Johnson says this is more than a giving campaign:

“This is much more than a giving campaign. It is really a chance for passionate alumni, friends, family, and fans to rally together. This is an opportunity to transform lives and celebrate the success that we have had of student athletes. Money that is donated for 70 for Sandburg is going to be used for uniforms, equipment, travel expenses; it is not cheap to travel to and from the sporting activities and games that we have, help with recruiting budgets, and branding. There is so much more that goes into this.”

Contributions to the 70 for Sandburg campaign can be made online at https://www.sandburgchargers.com/general/2022-23/releases/20221107nw8mkh.
