The Warren County Housing Authority offers quality and efficient housing in Monmouth, Roseville, and Kirkwood. Recently, capital improvements have been seen at many of the locations and units, shares Executive Director Hank Shimmin:
“We had completed Oak Terrace. All the units at Oak Terrace have new bathrooms with walk-in showers. We recently did new carpet, ceilings, and fresh paint in the Oak Terrace common areas. Costello Terrace will soon be getting a new common area public restroom and a new roof. Oak and Costello residents received brand new refrigerators recently. Upcoming projects, we are working on new windows at Lincoln Homes and a bathroom remodel at Roseland Homes.”
