Seven Arrested Following Conducted Search Warrants Related to Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine in McDonough County

On December 5, 2022 the Macomb Police Department with the assistance of the Strategic Response Team, McDonough County Sheriff’s Office, West Central Illinois Task Force, FBI TOC-West Task Force, and WIU Office of Public Safety conducted search warrants in regards to the unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and controlled substances at numerous residences within the community. The following individuals were arrested and charged by the McDonough County State’s Attorney’s Office during the course of this investigation and are being held at the McDonough County Jail awaiting bond:

Anthony Steward, 60, Macomb (Bond $250,000, 10% to apply)

– Possession of Methamphetamine (Greater than 100 grams)

– Possession with the intent to deliver Methamphetamine (Greater than 100 grams)

– Possession with intent to deliver Cannabis (Greater than 30 grams less 500 grams)

– Possession with intent to deliver a Controlled Substance

– Possession of a Controlled Substance

– Unlawful Use of a Weapon

Eason Bishop, 36, Macomb (Bond $150,000, 10% to apply)

– Delivery of Methamphetamine (Greater than 5 grams)

– Delivery of Methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams)

– Delivery of a Controlled Substance

– Possession of Methamphetamine

– Possession of a Controlled Substance

Jeremy Preston, 39, Macomb (Bond $50,000, 10% to apply)

– Delivery of Methamphetamine (Greater than 5 grams)

– Possession of Methamphetamine (Greater than 5 grams)

– Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer

Mark Livengood, 48, Macomb (Bond $10,000, 10% to apply)

– Delivery of a Look Alike Substance (Methamphetamine)

– Possession of a Look Alike Substance (Methamphetamine)

Teddi Skelton, 37, Blandinsville (Bond $10,000, 10% to apply)

– Possession with intent to deliver Methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams)

– Possession of Methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams)

The following individuals involved in this investigation currently have outstanding warrants for their arrest:

Billy Hammond, 37, Adair (Bond $50,000, 10% to apply)

– Delivery of Methamphetamine (Greater than 5 grams)

– Delivery of Methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams)

Amanda Hastings, 42, Macomb (Bond $25,000, 10% to apply)

– Delivery of Methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams)

– Possession of Methamphetamine (Less than 5 grams)

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
