Story by Prairie Communications intern Kadin Rogers

The United high school boys varsity basketball team kept over the busy over the past 7 days, as the Red Storm have been hosting their United Holiday tournament. Currently, the boys hold a 1-2 record in the tournament, opening with a Saturday morning win over West Central, dropping a Saturday afternoon game to Midwest Central, and falling to Bushnell Prairie City last night. These results bring the Red Storm to 5-7 on the season.
Despite the up and down start to the season, Head Coach Doug Dennison says his team is going to have opportunities to bounce back.
