Sharon A. Patch, 82, of Roseville, IL, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023 at 2:00p.m. at Roseville Healthcare and Rehab. She was born September 5, 1940 at home in Henderson County, IL, the daughter of Mervin and Ruby (Burkett) Lauver. She was raised and educated in the Terre Haute, IL, area graduating from Terre Haute High School in 1958. She married Gary Patch on April 15, 1962 in the Stronghurst Christian Church.

Surviving Sharon is her husband of 60 years, Gary; children, David (Angie) Patch of Roseville and Debbie (Tim) Boord of Elmwood, IL; grandchildren, Nicholas and Natasha Boord, Logan and Carrie Patch, Christian, Courtney and Casandra Lesones; great-granddaughter, Adalyn Sharer; brother, Gary Lauver. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Kenneth and Ronald Lauver and Darlene Smith.

Sharon worked at the grocery store in Roseville from 1972 until her retirement in 2012. She enjoyed being a member of her card club, and participating in women’s softball and bowling leagues. She was a member of the Roseville Christian Church.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 6, 2023 at the funeral home. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Raritan Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family and left in the care of the funeral home. Wise Family Funeral Home, Roseville, are handling the arrangements.
