The annual Monmouth College Fighting Scots Society Golf Outing dates for this summer have been set and expanded into two days, shares Development Officer of Athletics and Corporate Relations Michael Blaesing:
“The Fighting Scots Society Golf Outing dates have been approved. Those will be Friday, June 23rd with a shotgun start at one o’clock and then the following morning Saturday, June 24th at 8 am. Those are out dates this year for our golf outing. That has been one of our more successful events as fundraiser for the athletic department. It has been successful enough that we have had to expand. It is really nice seeing a lot of our alumni and friends and businesses out there supporting our local student athletes.”
Proceeds raised during the annual event go toward the Fighting Scots Society to benefit the 22 athletic programs at Monmouth College.
