Galesburg Community Foundation is pleased to offer scholarships to students in Knox and Warren Counties. Applications are available online at the Community Foundation’s website, YourGCF.org/scholarships, beginning Wednesday, February 1. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, March 1, at 4:00 pm.
Applying for scholarships is a simple process. Students complete one application that can qualify them for multiple scholarships. Awards are applied toward tuition, fees, or room and board and will be sent to the designated school. These scholarships are one-time awards and, in some cases, students can reapply each year that they’re eligible.
There are seven scholarships available through Galesburg Community Foundation, and each has its own criteria. “All of these scholarships are made possible through gifts from generous individuals who know that when our students succeed, so do our communities,” said Joshua Gibb, President & CEO of the Galesburg Community Foundation.
