Story by Prairie Communications intern Kadin Rogers

The United high school baseball team has been getting games under their belt in the past week. Since Monday, the Red Storm have went 1-2 in their games with a 4-3 win over ROWVA-Williamsfield on Monday, and losses to Peoria Christian and Camp Point Central on Tuesday and Thursday. Head Coach of the Red Storm, Ryan Molek, says that the team has learned a lot about itself in the recent stretch of tough games against quality opponents.

United baseball is next scheduled to take the field on Saturday with a road trip against undefeated Nazareth Academy. For the full interview with Coach Molek, visit the Sports Podcast section of our website, radiomonmouth.com.
