Monmouth City Council Hears First Reading of Solar Energy Systems Ordinance

A final version of an ordinance written on regulations for solar energy systems in the City of Monmouth was heard at the latest Council meeting and City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher breaks down the important key points for residents and businesses:

Steinbrecher informed this first reading of the ordinance did not receive the six votes needed to be adopted by Council and will be brought back up at the next City Council meeting May 1st.
