Share

The Monmouth-Roseville high school baseball team has had a busy stretch of games in the last week. Last Wednesday the Titans dropped a home contest to a very solid Bushnell Prairie City squad by a score of 14-7, but rebounded on Saturday with a 7-5 home win over Princeton. This week the Titans were on the road for two matches, a 5-1 loss to Galesburg on Monday, then another bounce back win in the TRAC-West division last night, capturing a 3-2 victory over Erie-Prophetstown. These last 4 games bring M-R overall record to 8-2-1, and an undefeated mark of 3-0 in division play. As the Titans have gotten out to a hot start, Head Coach Jordan Ball spoke on what the team needs to do to keep their positive momentum going.

After a night off on Wednesday, Monmouth-Roseville has three straight home games against Erie-Prophetstown on Thursday, Morrison on Monday and Ridgewood on Tuesday.
