Raymond Clark DeRudder, 63, of Galesburg, died at 4:55 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Allure of Knox County in Galesburg.

He was born December 13, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Clark Raymond and Joan Cleofa (Lesniewski) DeRudder. Raymond worked as a refuse collector for a few years. He loved camping.

Raymond is survived by two sisters, Ruth (Alan) Kimpel of Abingdon, Illinois, and Joan Cleofa (Victor) Eckstein of Colchester, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Joseph DeRudder; one sister, Susan Paul; three nephews: Clark DeRudder, Jay Paul, and Zachary Milks; and one niece, Melissa Jones.

Cremation will be accorded. Private family burial will take place in Abingdon Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
