The Monmouth Fire Department is Accepting Applications

Qualifications to apply include:

-Be a minimum of 19 years of age and under 35 years of age as of June 24, 2023 unless exempt from such age limitation as provided in section 5/10-2.1-6 of the Fire and Police Commissioner’s Act. Candidates must be 21 to be hired to the fire department.

-Be a citizen of the United States.

-Have a high school/GED diploma.

-Possess a valid driver’s license.

The Monmouth Fire Department will hold an informational meeting at the Station I, 601 Industrial Park Road, on May 18th at 6:00 PM. Anyone interested in applying is welcome to attend.
