KCAP’s Annual Meeting to Discuss Workforce Innovation

The Knox County Area Partnership Annual meeting is set for Tuesday, June 13th at the Orpheum Theatre from 2 to 3: 30 pm and will include a panel discussion on workforce innovation, shares KCAP President Ken Springer:

“Usually we start off with a recap of the prior year and talk about some of the successes that we have seen and then we pivot to a topic of discussion. Typically we either bring in a keynote or a panel and this year we are going to do a panel. The topic is going to be on workforce innovation. We are going to be talking with companies and different organizations that are innovating in the field of how they are staffing their companies or on creative training approaches. Workforce is such an important issue that cuts across all industries; it cuts across businesses of all different sizes and so that is what we are going to focus on this year.”

KCAP’s Annual meeting is free and open to the public.
