Waitlist Created as Monmouth Townhomes Nearly Completed

The Monmouth Townhomes project is nearing completion, and a waiting list has been created as all the units are lined up for rent, explains City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher:

“They have got all of the units lined up for rent and they still have over 100 people on the waiting list. They have given some early indications that once this project is up and running, they would like to come back and talk to us about another one.”

The Monmouth Townhomes are located at 117 East Jackson Avenue, in the vicinity behind Arby’s.
