Department of Homeland Security Serve Arrest Warrant in Macomb

Macomb Police Department was notified by Department of Homeland Security reference a
nationwide federal warrant for child exploitation out of California. DHS advised that James Kritz
(male, white, age 46) may possibly be residing in Macomb, IL. With information provided by
DHS, Detectives from the Macomb Police Department were able to locate James Kritz residing
in Macomb. Kritz was taken into custody without incident. He was lodged at the McDonough
County Jail without bond.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
