BCA’s Art from the HeARTland Celebrating 20th Anniversary During Gallery Reception July 21st

Art from the HeARTland at the Buchanan Center for the Arts, featuring artwork of all mediums from local and regional artists, is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. Executive Director Kristyne Gilbert shares Western Illinois University Art Professor Susan Czechowski will be this year’s juror:

“This event, as so many of our events, is free and open to the public. The evening will feature music of John Heasly and the libations and hors d-oeuvres, compliments of our Community Events and Engagement Committee headed up by Edith Davies.”

The Art from the HeARTland gallery reception will be held on Friday, July 21st from 5 to 7 pm, with awards being presented at 6pm, at the Buchanan Center for the Arts in downtown Monmouth.
