Illinois State Police Arrest Cambridge woman for Bringing Contraband Into Henry County Jail

Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Zone 2 arrested 32-year-old Jessica M. Lindquist of Cambridge, IL for Bringing Contraband into a Penal Institution (Class 1 Felony) and Official Misconduct (Class 3 Felony).

On August 27, 2023, ISP DCI Zone 2 was requested by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office to investigate an employee at the Henry County Jail, Jessica Lindquist.  During the investigation it was discovered that Lindquist was employed as a cook at the Jail and was allegedly bringing contraband into the Jail and distributing to inmates. 

Lindquist was charged with Bringing Contraband into a Penal Institution and Official Misconduct and released on a notice to appear.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
