New Chinese Restaurant to Open in Monmouth

Share

A new Chinese restaurant will be opening in the Monmouth community on North Main Street, reports Mayor Rod Davies:

“We have a family that has restaurants in Davenport and Kewanee and they are opening up a restaurant in Monmouth in what was the old Chinese Restaurant there on North Main Street. They are refurbishing the inside of the building, they put in a new parking lot, they are getting things cleaned up, and ready to go. That will be nice to have yet another vacant building filled up and being used.”

The Back-yard Restaurant on South Main and Tippy’s Bar and Grill on South 1st Street both recently joined the Monmouth community.
