ROE #33 Regional Superintendent Jodi Scott Accepts Executive Board President with IARSS

Regional Superintendent of Schools Jodi L. Scott has accepted the position of Executive Board President of IARSS (Illinois Association of Regional Superintendents of Schools).

Jodi has worked tirelessly over the years to fulfill the vision and mission of her region and is excited to bring that same enthusiasm and determination to the role of IARSS President. This position will be in addition to her current role as Regional Superintendent of Schools.

Through her role as Regional Superintendent, Jodi has helped with the creation and implementation of new programs, been at the forefront of professional development, and forged her own path to lift the students of her region to their highest potential.

Jodi has not only strived to give students the best possible education but also has supported colleagues, employees, and area educators in their endeavors to succeed.

Jodi Scott expressed her gratitude in the following statement: “I have been an active member of IARSS since 2004. I am honored to be able to contribute to IARSS by serving as the president, and I am looking forward to continuing to work with all of the amazing ROE and ISC Regional Superintendents and Assistant Regional Superintendents. IARSS is an outstanding association that contributes to promoting quality education for the children and citizens of Illinois. I am truly blessed to be selected to serve as the Association’s president”.

IARSS supports the role of Regional Superintendents of Schools and Assistant Regional Superintendents and of Regional Offices of Education in Illinois, personally and professionally, in their efforts to promote quality education for the school children and citizens of Illinois, to provide educational leadership, to impact public policy, and to deliver educational services effectively for the benefit of Illinois school districts, other educational entities and educational system clients of all ages.
