The Kiwanis Club of Monmouth is part of Kiwanis International, a global organization of volunteers dedicated to serving the children of the world. Annually the local Kiwanis Club holds their Kiwanis Kicks where they provide shoes and socks to children in need, shares Member Tom Best:

“Our program Kiwanis Kicks, the idea behind that is we obtain shoes, boots, and socks for kids here locally who need those things, especially this time of the year. We just delivered almost 40 boots and socks and all kinds of things to kids at Harding and Lincoln School. We are always glad to do that and this is one of the things that we raise money for.”

The Kiwanis Club of Monmouth hosts a Pancake Day annually around April, their largest fundraising event to support local programs for children.
