A trial is set for the man accused of killing a Knox County Deputy last year.  Daylon Richardson will be tried on two counts of first-degree murder beginning on February 26th in Henry County Circuit Court.  Authorities say Richardson was being chased by law enforcement when he hit and killed Deputy Sheriff Nick Weist, who was setting up spike strips at Highway 150 and 150th Avenue in Henry County.  The trial was first set to begin in October but was delayed.
