Tonight, Tuesday, December 19th, the West Central Board of Education will hold their monthly meeting. Discussion on the Tax Levy and 10-year life safety where they are looking into their facilities and projects needed in the years to come will be had. One future project is a new roof on the high school, shares Superintendent Stacey Day:
“One of the biggest pieces on the 10-year survey, our high school is in need of a new roof. Trying to plan that out over the next five to ten years on when we can do it and how we want to go about doing it and all of that. We are looking estimated right now a little over $2 million.”
The West Central School District operates between a $10 and $11 million budget.
