An investigation is underway after a person was found dead in a home where a standoff took place in Canton, Illinois. Police say officers were involved in a standoff last night at a home near the intersection of North Avenue F and Cass Place. Officers responded to the scene to execute arrest warrants after a domestic incident on Sunday. After several hours, a body of a male was found inside the home.
