This week’s weather in the Quad Cities is for the record books. The National Weather Service says the QCA saw a record high of 76 degrees on Monday, followed by another record high of 79 degrees on Tuesday. Yesterday’s 64 degree temperature swing almost set a record. The only colder two-days in the Quad Cities happened in 1911, when the temperature dropped from 76 degrees to just 9 degrees. Forecasters also say February 2024 will go down as the warmest February ever in Quad Cities history.
