Spend ‘A Night at the Races’ and Lend a Hand with Jamieson Community Center’s Services

On Saturday, March 16th, Jamieson Community Center is hosting “A Night at the Races” fundraising event at the Warren County History Museum in Monmouth. Executive Director Nancy Mowen shares the details:

“We will have recorded horse races, play money for people to place bets, we will have great food and we will have some trophies. People can name a horse and if their horse wins, they will get a trophy engraved with their horses name on there. We will have a best hat contest and at the end of the night we will name the best bettor. We also have, thanks to Rainbow Riders, Krista is going to bring a horse that is a descendant of Secretariat.”

Doors open at 5 pm with post time at 6:15 on March 16th. Tickets to the event can be purchased online at jamiesoncommunitycenter.org.
