First region championship game appearance for Sandburg since 2017 (last won title in 2008). Winner of championship advances to NJCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Championship, March 18-23 in Joplin, Mo. Sandburg: 13-0, go-ahead run that spanned end of second quarter and start of third. Capre Ferguson: 15 points (11 in third quarter).
