The congregate meal site at Strom Center in Monmouth is reopening, Monday, March 18th, shares Jamieson Community Center Executive Director Nancy Mowen:

“We have a wonderful person hired. Her name is Elaine. She is looking forward to getting started, so that meal site will reopen. Lunch will be served at 11:30 am and people can call us to make reservations. We are excited to have that open again and will now have congregate meal sites at the Mercer County Senior Center, the Roseville Community Center, at Strom Center, in Oquawka at the Senior Center, and in Stronghurst at the Senior Center, so we are getting all of those opened back up.”

Congregate meal sites are open to those 60 and older.
