WIU’s LEJA to Host Public Safety Open House March 6

Western Illinois University Law Enforcement Justice Administration (LEJA) department will host a Public Safety Open House from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, March 6 in the University Union Grand Ballroom.

Multiple activities will be available to students, each lasting 45 minutes.

The event activities include: blood spatter analysis, search and rescue and thermal imaging, fingerprinting, paramedic and EMT demonstrations, fire rescue tactics, terrorist targeting, canine demonstrations, drone demonstrations, polygraph demonstrations, detecting deceptions and behavioral analysis, accident reconstruction and crime scene processing.
