Experience An Epic Story on the High Seas with Choral Dynamics

This Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st at 7 pm and Sunday, June 2nd at 2 pm, Choral Dynamics production of ‘Rolling in the Deep’ will hit the Orpheum Theatre stage, featuring 76 local performers, shares Producer Wes Young:

“It is a pirate love story of sorts. It is a musical. We have singing and dancing. We have a live band. We have pop tunes, current songs, so it is a well-rounded, well-blended story. A lot of action in the performance itself. It is something that we have not done to this magnitude of movement, so I think everybody will really enjoy coming out to see this. We have our Captain who has hit a crossroad. It is Captain Flynn, and his love interest is Rosanna, they have been together for a while, but Rosanna has gotten tired of the pirates’ life. She is tired of him always being out of town and has basically given him an ultimatum; you either pick the sea or you pick me. It is a bit of a love story, a love triangle of sorts.”

Proceeds of the ‘Rolling in the Deep’ performance will benefit the Galesburg Public Library Foundation.
