A new sandwich franchise location will open its doors in Monmouth this Fall. The City of Monmouth has confirmed the purchase of 522 North Main Street by the Jimmy John’s franchise. The franchise is in the process of completing a final design of the building for a Jimmy John’s sandwich store in Monmouth.
According to the City of Monmouth, Mercurialis Holding Real Estate – Monmouth LLC is expecting the Jimmy John’s shop to open in September 2024.
