Each Thursday afternoon through the summer, the Buchanan Center for the Arts hosts their Summer Art Series on the Pattee Plaza, shares Executive Director Kristyne Gilbert:

“It became so large that we had to break it into two sessions. We have over 50 children on Thursdays from 12 to 1 pm and 2 to 3 pm that come in and Rebecca Quick, our amazing Art Instructor, teaches a different medium each week. As part of the Summer Art Series, we will host that through the end of July.”

Meanwhile, the deadline for entry into the Art from the Heartland exhibition is Saturday, June 29th. Additional details and ongoing events with the Buchanan Center can be found online at bcaarts.org.
