MPD Investigator Hepner Recognized for Years of Dedicated Service to Monmouth Residents

At the recent Monmouth City Council meeting, Investigator Terry Hepner with the Monmouth Police Department, was recognized for his retirement from the department, informs Mayor Rod Davies:

“Over 27 years of service to the citizens of Monmouth. Investigator Hepner announced his retirement and Chief Switzer recignized his years of service and it was nice to have him there and get that recognition. His fellow officers were there to support him as well. We appreciate his years of service he has done and the hard work that he has done heading up a lot of the investigations.”
