Fair season is just around the corner which means it’s time to start thinking about fair registration. Shelby Carlson, University of Illinois Youth Development Educator reminds 4-Hers registration for Warren and Henderson County Fairs are due four weeks before the show.

“If you’re showing in Warren County, your deadline is going to be coming up on June 14. We need all of your fair entries in that fair entry system that we use, you’ll have seen an email from Angel about that,” says Carlson. “If you’re planning on show in Henderson County because that fair is a week later, the deadlines are a week later. That’s June 21.”

Carlson adds that 4-H shows at the Warren County Fair will take place June 29 for general projects and July 17 and 18 for livestock shows. Henderson County Fair shows will take place July 22 to 26.
