Share

Waffle House is rolling out its new employee compensation plan. Its new wage will consist of a base hourly rate along with a tenure bonus and shift premiums.  The CEO says it’s the “single largest additional investment in our workforce in the entire 68-year history of Waffle House.” The first wage increases will go into effect this month. After the full rollout beginning next January, every salesperson will receive an additional 50-cents per hour starting at three years of service.
