Teen Charged In Shooting At NorthPark Mall

A teen is charged in a shooting at the NorthPark Mall in Davenport.  Authorities say a Davenport Police Officer working off-duty at the mall reported shots fired Monday inside the shopping center.  Two people were hurt in the incident.  Investigators determined that one of the people was a 16-year-old Rock Island boy, who had exchanged shots with a another person inside the mall.  That teen was arrested and charged.  The incident remains under investigation.
